frequently asked questions

We tailor all vendor referrals to fit the specific client — based on their style, personality, and budget. After meeting with you and getting to know more about you and your wedding, we send you vendor referrals that are selected especially for you and put them on Aisle Planner for you to review.

No worries! We are here to help. Once we are in touch with you, we will ask a few questions in order to learn more about your upcoming wedding. Then, we are happy to meet with you for a complimentary consultation. At the consultation we will discuss your wedding and your needs, as well as answer any questions you have about our services. After learning more about your needs, we will put together a customize package specifically for you.

A wedding planner can save you time and money when it comes to research and planning. On average it takes 250 hours to plan wedding, and if you don’t want a second job, this is a great opportunity for you to hire a planner. A wedding planner can help find the right vendors that will work with your budget, and be the perfect fit for your wedding day. A wedding planner can help you with décor and design ideas, and put together a Pinterest board to match the ideas you have for your wedding. A planner is great at budgeting, and guiding you in the right direction to make sure that everything is completed before deadlines. During your final 30 days out a planner will confirm all vendors, make a timeline, review timeline with you, coordinate your rehearsal, and make sure that you, and your guests have a stress-free wedding day.

The vendors hired for your wedding will setup your ceremony and reception. For instance, if you hire a company to provide chairs for your wedding, there is a setup fee of $1.00 per chair to setup and another $1.00 per chair for break down. If you bring in outside tablecloths, it is the vendor’s duty to set that up as well, not the planner.

Yes, there is always a budget for a wedding planner. Wedding planners can help save you money on selecting the “perfect” vendors for your wedding, and this will in turn cover some if not most of the cost of hiring a planner. The number one regret couples have after they get engaged is that, they wished they had hired a wedding planner at the beginning of the planning process. It is good to have a professional give you insight about vendors to use, tips on saving, budgeting, timelines, and all other matters. I am on a budget, can I afford a wedding planner?

A venue coordinator and wedding planner have specific jobs that are different from each other. A venue coordinator is there to make sure that the venue is doing their part to ensure that the tables are ready and set for outside vendors, floor plan, and that nothing is going wrong when it comes to venue rules and regulations. The wedding planner will make sure that everything is going by the timeline, ceremony, help guests, be point of contact for all vendors, make sure venue is setup to bride and grooms specifications, event management, and so on.

We offer custom packages for all of our clients. What this means is that you are not stuck with a package that has too much or too little of what you need. We make custom packages so that you get exactly what you want, without paying for extra.

We plan destination weddings, birthdays, graduation parties, bar & bat mitzvahs, bridal showers, baby showers, dinner parties, and special events.
